See What I Got Done?!
Sure, I sound like a broken record talking about all the projects I’m trying to finish off so I can throw myself gungho into my online ventures. Would you like to see what I got done? I’ll show you two of them, okay?
Last night I actually got 4 smaller projects finished. Yes! Checked off!
Just a few left to go.
The set of WTM/ICM Photo Albums that tell the informal history of the mission in photos from the 1930s to about 1996. Plus the thinner album on the right has photos of people we could not identify, and a number of pages of missionary prayer cards.
a closeup of just two of the album covers. There were two albums for the Elliott Era, one for the Rice Era, and the third one covered both the Anhorn and Aney Eras. (The Stobbe Era is yet to be done!)
A closeup of the Guess Who Album. I’m hoping that people will jot down beside the photos, the names of the people if they can identify any of them.
The Source Documents binder, and 5 volumes of Minutes and Annual Reports over 76 years of our mission’s history.
By tighter formatting and printing on both sides of each sheet of paper, I reduced 2 large bins full of binders of Minutes and Reports to just these handfuls of tidy books!
There, all lined up and all done! Including a CD with all the digital files so all the information can be searched on the computer in a jiffy!
Here’s one more glimpse with some pages open. Each decade of Minutes and Reports begins with an orange index page.
